{"id":3210,"date":"2018-12-26T09:29:36","date_gmt":"2018-12-26T08:29:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.barcelonesa.com\/barcelonesa-presents-its-client-satisfaction-results-from-2018\/"},"modified":"2021-06-09T11:28:17","modified_gmt":"2021-06-09T09:28:17","slug":"barcelonesa-presents-its-client-satisfaction-results-from-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.barcelonesa.com\/en\/blog\/barcelonesa-presents-its-client-satisfaction-results-from-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Barcelonesa presents its client satisfaction results from 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Midway through 2018, Barcelonesa sent out a satisfaction survey to all its clients with two goals in mind: measuring the overall satisfaction rate and their perception of the quality of services offered.<\/p>\n<p>The overall results, as can be seen in the table above, were the following: <strong>Overall level of satisfaction:<\/strong> 4\/5 stars and <strong>Overall level of loyalty:<\/strong> 4.5\/5 stars.<\/p>\n<p>As the year comes to close it&#8217;s time to take stock of things, and we&#8217;d like to take a moment to think about those things that haven&#8217;t worked out so that we can improve, but we want to recognise our <strong>successes <\/strong>as well. In that regard, we are happy to report that the overall satisfaction results obtained this year are something that we are very proud of here at Barcelonesa.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, we&#8217;d like to take advantage of the moment to thank our clients for their participation and for helping us keep our commitment to improving every single day.
