Barcelonesa presents its client satisfaction results from 2018

Midway through 2018, Barcelonesa sent out a satisfaction survey to all its clients with two goals in mind: measuring the overall satisfaction rate and their perception of the quality of services offered.

The overall results, as can be seen in the table above, were the following: Overall level of satisfaction: 4/5 stars and Overall level of loyalty: 4.5/5 stars.

As the year comes to close it’s time to take stock of things, and we’d like to take a moment to think about those things that haven’t worked out so that we can improve, but we want to recognise our successes as well. In that regard, we are happy to report that the overall satisfaction results obtained this year are something that we are very proud of here at Barcelonesa.

Therefore, we’d like to take advantage of the moment to thank our clients for their participation and for helping us keep our commitment to improving every single day. Though we are happy to have achieved four stars, our goal is to continue working together in order to reach five stars in the coming year, which is just around the corner.
