At Barcelonesa, we supply polyether polyols for use in polyurethane and CASE systems, notably PPGs (polypropylene glycols). We offer a wide range of products, with a particular focus on specialised grades, immediate availability and expert technical support.

We supply PPG using two manufacturing technologies: Standard KOH and DMC (Double Metal Cyanide), developed and patented by Rokita, which enables higher purity and high molecular weights (up to 18,000).

We specialise in CASE applications (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers). The CAS number for polyether polyols (PPG – polypropylene glycol) is 25322-69-4.

Polyurethane applications: flexible, rigid and CASE

Wide range of products, including:

  • Funcionalidad: dioles / trioles / alta funcionalidad
  • Molecular weight: high / low
  • Chemical composition: propylene oxide, ethylene oxide (end-capping)
  • Initiators: alcohols (glycerine, sucrose, sorbitol, etc.) and amines

  • KOH (Standard)
  • DMC (Double Metal Cyanide) technology developed by Rokita:
    • Removal of impurities
    • Lower viscosity
    • Higher molecular weights (up to 18,000)
    • No acid purification
