Barcelonesa becomes a new member of the AMEC

Since this July, Barcelonesa has been a new member of the AMEC, a non-profit business organisation for companies looking to expand into international markets.

The Association of Internationalized Industrial Companies brings together leading Spanish industrial companies from different sectors and helps them through all the phases of their internationalisation plans, from design through to consolidation and implementation. The AMEC also assists companies in their innovation processes to help them become more competitive in their international expansion.

Other services include providing support and assistance to Spanish exporters in both national and international trade fairs. With more than 45 years of experience, the Association has extensive specialist knowledge in driving the internationalisation of Spanish companies, creating business opportunities and developing tailored international marketing strategies.

Training is another of the AMEC’s main services, and it provides Barcelonesa and its other members with a wide range of sector-specific training activities. It also has an efficient and flexible team of staff available to respond to all its members’ needs and to place the Association’s knowledge at their disposal.

In addition, the AMEC promotes networking through forums in which members can share their experiences and concerns and gain useful insights from each other.

For Barcelonesa, becoming a member of the AMEC will provide us with essential support in expanding our business in the chemical industry on the international level and in increasing our product exports in those countries where we identify opportunities for growth.
